After successfully administering computerized aptitude tests to assess students’ strengths, interests, and potential career fits, Happy Minds took a comprehensive approach by offering individual counseling sessions from July 8 to July 12, 2024. These sessions, which also involved parents, were designed to discuss test results and explore career options. This personalized guidance not only enhanced students’ understanding of their aptitudes but also provided them with clear pathways to achieve their goals. The involvement of parents ensured a supportive environment for students to make well-informed academic and career decisions. This approach significantly improved students’ ability to make informed choices, and we look forward to maintaining this fruitful partnership, benefiting future 10th-grade students. By continuing this collaboration, we aim to empower more students to realize their full potential and succeed in their chosen career paths.
