Ganesh Chaturthi was joyfully celebrated in the pre-primary section of our school on September 16, 2024. The highlight of the event was the enthusiastic participation of the Higher KG students, who engaged in crafting Ganesh idols and modaks using clay. The tiny hands molded the idols with great care, displaying their creativity and love for the festival. The event beautifully captured the spirit of devotion and artistry as the children eagerly awaited the next phase of the celebration.
After crafting the idols, the students performed a traditional pooja to honor Lord Ganesha. The atmosphere was filled with festive joy as the young learners offered their handmade clay modaks and participated in chanting prayers. The activity not only gave them a hands-on learning experience but also helped them connect with the cultural essence of the festival. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, making the celebration a memorable and joyous occasion.
