The centenary celebration of the Pirojsha Godrej Scout Guide Pavilion, known as the Scout & Guide Hut, took place on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 . The event began with a band welcoming the girls and invitees, followed by the Rajya Puraskar Girls leading the Flag Break ceremony. An All Faiths Prayer was conducted by Guiders and Guides, emphasizing unity. A Scout/Guide representative shared a brief history of the Hut, followed by a senior member’s reflections and a celebratory cake cutting by the Chief Guest. The ceremony included the planting of saplings by various representatives, symbolizing growth and sustainability. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, the National Anthem, and the distribution of keychains, cakes, and snacks to the children. The celebration beautifully honored a century of Scouting and Guiding traditions at the Pavilion.
